To display a masu, attach push pins or hooks to the wall and insert them into the holes on the back to hang it.

For tiles and windmills, attach the provided hardware to the back, thread a string through it, and hang it on hooks attached to the wall.

As it is made from natural materials, the veneer may have uneven surfaces and color changes over time.

For maintenance, wipe with a dry, soft cloth.

If it gets dirty, wipe it with a cloth dampened with water and wrung out thoroughly.

Strong acidic or alkaline detergents can damage the surface.

Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners.

Avoid high temperatures and humidity, and place in a shaded area.

Avoid using in places exposed to air conditioning or dry environments.

It may break if subjected to impact.

＜Warranty Period＞
- Initial defects such as damage and scratches (please contact us within 2 weeks after purchase) and veneer peeling (only within one year from the date of purchase).
＜Exclusions from Warranty＞
- Self-inflicted damage and uneven or discolored veneer.
＜Painting＞
- The paint may show signs of aging (yellowing due to UV exposure). The design of the product's shape may be obscured by the thickness of the paint.
＜Materials＞
- As it is made from natural materials and entirely handmade, there may be variations in finish (size, length, width, color). Due to the resin unique to conifers, the veneer itself may change color. The patterns on the veneer are arranged randomly, so please understand that you cannot specify them. For ecological reasons, several pieces of cork may be used on the back, resulting in joints.
