HISTORY
How Radial Square was created
Technology for slicing to the thinnest possible thickness
It is extremely difficult to make tree ring veneers, and HIROMEI has the technology to slice tree rings down to 0.25mm.
Award-winning work: Radiata Blue
What is Radial Square?
The Salon de Art Japonais 2021 was held in Paris, and Seiji Fujiwara, one of Japan's leading artists, won the Grand Prix for the work that became the basis for "Radial Square". Based on this, HIROMEI commercialized it as"Radial Square"

We have improved the award-winning art panel work to make it more compact and familiar.
Convey the goodness of annual rings
By creating a design that only uses tree rings from offcuts, we created a sense of unity, and we also developed a design with a curved surface that has a different shape.

Initiatives for SDGs
Radiata pine (New Zealand pine), which grows faster than other tree species, is an artificial forest that can sustainably produce raw materials for domestic consumption and export.
As a company, we are actively working on the SDGs, so we will actively utilize the tree species "radiata pine."
